We at Lucky Penny Floral receive many requests from our lovely clients for customization to help them bring their dream wedding to life. Like Elena and Jack, who spent their wedding day at the Overhills Mansion in Historic Catonsville, MD, wanted to customize their florals with blue tones, which is not a color often found in nature.

Elena was drawn to the texture and free form of Colorway No. 4 but wanted to keep the palette soft blue, green, and white. The Lucky Penny Floral Team used cream mink protea, which is so fun for their green to lavender sheen and mink-like fuzzy lip. To fulfill her request for true blue, we enlisted a favorite linear flower, delphinium, blue thistle, which is a hallmark addition to Colorway No. 4. Additionally, we brought in some sage tones with local baby blue eucalyptus and dusty miller.

Matching the bridal’s premium bouquet, Jack confidently showed off his cool cufflinks and pin-on featuring white ranunculus, delphinium, and thistle.

The bridesmaid's sea blue dresses matched their large bouquet, including 18-25 stems with approximately 8-10" diameter. All of our colorways include bouquets and bridesmaids, boutonnieres and centerpieces, arch flowers, and more, so your floral arrangements match in style. Their dresses and florals look so aesthetically pleasing, and it came together absolutely beautifully!
